Feedback and Evaluation

This Outcome relates to carrying out an evaluation and will be carried out on an individual basis.  You should be familiar with evaluative words and phrases and realise that the evaluation is not merely a list of actions but that the impact of these actions are measured in terms of success of the overall project.

Your assessor will provide feedback to you during this outcome. It will be based on the assessor’s observation of your work in collaboration with others.

Evaluation will take place at two levels.  Evaluation of the overall team and the success of the team solution will be carried out by each member of the team. Each member will also give an evaluation of their own contribution to the overall success of the team solution.  In addition team members will be required to rate themselves and each other.
